Since 2015, Intertrop GmbH, based in Stuttgart, has been operating as an agricultural consulting company. We advise on the planning, development and execution of projects around the topics of agriculture, environment, sustainability, rural development and development of value chains - worldwide.
We are characterized by our broad content-related positioning, best networking and our flexibility as a small agricultural office. As a spin-off of the University of Hohenheim, we have a strong basis in agricultural science and, as long-time "Hohenheimers", we continue to be closely connected to the University of Hohenheim.

Get to know our Portfolio
One focus of our work is the development of innovative packaging solutions made from the natural fiber jute. The range extends from small bags and nets for fruit and vegetables to bags for the retail trade and jute fleece of various kinds.
Another focus is our products made from leaves of the young jute plants. This innovation is the result of our development project for the dual use of the jute plant in cooperation with the Ministry of Textiles and Jute in Bangladesh.
